Ubuntu não instala

Bom Dia Pessoal,

Estou tentando instalar o ubuntun 10.10. Mas sempre que tento ele não instala. A seguinte mensagem é informada:

No init found. Try passing init= bootsarg.
BusyBox v1.15.3 (Ubuntu 1:1.15.3-ubuntun5) built-in shell (ash)

Alguem sabe o motivo disso? Ou como resolver o problema..

1- baixe o cd do site oficial
2- grave cd em 4x no maximo
3- rode o live-cd p/ testar e ver se acha todo seu hardware
4-teste o live-cd em outra makina se possivel... p/ descartar problema no seu leitor cd/dvd
5-se tudo acima estiver certo vá em instalar lançamento
