Olá, gostaria de instalar o wine no ubuntu 11,04. Porem não tenho internet, baixei um arquivo tar.gz2. decompactei, abri o terminal,fui na pasta dos arquivos, fiz tudo conforme indicado pelo site onde baixei, então ao dar o comando para instalar sai as seguintes mensagens.
Passo 1 (tentando instalar o wine)

Então entendi que preciso instalar primeiro esse tal de Flex, acho que é isso,Tentei o passo 2, após baixar o arquivo flex, tentei pelo terminal, pois não é um arquivo .deb, mas tar.gz2
Passo 2 (tentando instalar o Flex)

bash: ./INSTALL: Permissão negada
Não sei nem se estou usando os comandos certos, mas acho que sim, observem que estou usando os comandos como “root”, mas dá “Permissão negada”, como resolver isto? já tentei instalar usando o comadno sudo antes dos comando e nada.
Outro problema é ao tentar instalar alguns arquivos tipo .deb. Ao clicar no arquivo, eu recebo a seguinte mensagem.
“A dependência não é contentável: wvdial”(ao tentar instalar o gnome-ppp por exemplo)
O que isso quer dizer?
