Bom depois de executar o comando #sudo lshw -html >> config.html, me voltou um arquivo dos drives do meu note, bom nele se encontra um problema com o bluetooth, e como sou novato nao sei como proceder para regularizar esse problema. Aceito sugestões! Coloquei os detalhes do driver, gostaria que me mostrassem como faz para normalizar o funcionamento do hardware para que se acontecer novamente eu saiba resolver!

Quando faço o comando #sudo lshw -html >> config.html aparece na sessao desde driver toda em vermelho e quando vou em configuraçoes e bluetooth nao tem nada lá, acredito que o ubuntu nao instalou nenhum driver correspondente para usar o bluetooth!

Estou com o mesmo problema... Será que pode ser pelo tamanho de instrução da placa ser 32 bits e o SO ser 64???
Encontrei um tutorial que ajuda a resolver o problema, porém no meu não deu certo...

Step-by-step solution Open new terminal (ctrl+alt+t) and type as follows:
mkdir ~/tmp
cd ~/tmp
git clone https://github.com/alinefr/rtbth.git
cd rtbth
make
sudo make install
sudo cp -r ~/rtbth /usr/src/rtbth-3.9.3
sudo dkms install rtbth/3.9.3
sudo nano /etc/modules
Add there "rtbth" at the end, then ctrl+o and ENTER (to save the file) and ctrl+x to close the editor
Reboot
