  Ai naquela janela canais de software qual a configuração certa para ficar marcada, pois fiz algumas alterações nelas e viraram uma bagunça, eu gostaria de saber qual a configuração padrão, meu sistema ubuntu 12.04, quais abas tem q fik marcada aplicativos do ubuntu,  outro software, atualizaçoes etc..

Para retomar sua configuração padrão, faça isso meu caro:

Abra o teminal e digite ou copie e cole os comandos abaixo:

2° - Na janela que se abrir apague "tudo" e copie daqui e cole lá:

Nessa janela na parte superior procure e clique em "Salvar feche esta janela e ainda no terminal:
