Como restaurar o sources.list??

Bom, em meio as minha fuçadas pelo linux, acabei destruindo o meu sources.list. Agora ele ficou assim:

Esse é meu sources.list.
Gostaria de saber de existe alguma forma de restaura-lo para o original, caso nao seja possivel, alguem poderia me disponibilizar o sources.list??
Uso o ubuntu 8.04. Obrigado

Pessoal estou com o mesmo problema, acho que deve ser na sources.list, não consigo instalar nada no ubuntu 12.04 tentei configurar o dpkg e nada tentei atualizar pelo apt-get update e depois upgrade nada, dá dependencias desencontradas, precisa do arquivo libqtocore4 esse bendito aparece toda vez. já tentei o comando apt-get -f install e nada, estou desesperando o meu sistema está lerdão, por gentileza me ajudem, acho que o problema deve estar nos repositórios.. Ajudem-me!!
