Erro Estranho no VMware

Ola Boa noite pessoal, não sei se aqui era o lugar certo para postar sobre o Vmnware.
Se não for por favor o moderador poderia fazer por gentileza a devida mudança ?

Seguinte to usando o Ubuntu 12.04 beta 2 ( ta já sei que não é aconselhável e coisa e tals hehehehe ) mais tudo bem é para testes mesmo,
instalei o Vmware Workstation 8.0 quando eu o inicio ele inicia um espécie de painel de inicialização que não havia antes neste painel ele faz uma espécie de checagem dos serviços ao qual o ( Network Devices ) da erro, ai vai la nos logs da vida e tem o seguinte

Ps: antes que alguém pergunte o vmware que eu baixei é 64 bit pq minha máquina é 64 bit também ok .

Para resolver, eu instalei um patch que encontrei na wiki do Arch Linux, no seguinte link abaixo:

O erro que acontece agora é o mesmo de antes?  Você verificou o que acontece quando você executa o comando:

não não da erro na hora de aplicar o path  mais ele continua dandfo o mesmo problema de network devices error

Você pode tentar testar com o VMware Player 4.02, que é gratuito e dá para baixar na página oficial do VMware. Se funcionar o patch com o Player, significa que só com o Workstation não está funcionando...
