Som parou de funcionar no Ubuntu 11.04

Olá caros,

Iniciei meu Ubuntu 11.04 aqui no notebook e percebi que o som não estava funcionando. Verifiquei todas as configurações e me parecem corretas e não, o som não está no mudo

Tive esse problema quando atualizei a versão no meu note para o Karmic.
Como se trata de outra versão não sei se funciona mas acho q vale a pena tentar.

Verifique se o pacote sl-modem-daemon está instalado, e se estiver desinstale-o. Achei essa solução aq mesmo no fórum e funcionou pra mim na época.
