Senhores,

Comprei uma visus tv extreme e não consigo faze-la funcionar no ubuntu 10.10.
Aguem por favor tem alguma ideia de como colocar está placa para funcionar.

Eu instalei o alsa mix sim.

Esta é sua placa. Pesquisei na net sobre ela e não encontrei suporte a esta placa, o que não quer dizer que não funcione.

O que ocorre é que o fabricante da placa é esta g-tek e o vendedor é Visus, que importa produtos Oem da China.

Se tem windows instalado, voce pode ir no gerenciador de dispositivos e em propriedades verificar qual o chipset da placa. Alternativamente, voce pode, com cuidado, abrir o dispositivo e com uma lente de aumentos verificar nos dois chips maiores qual o fabricante deles e o numero.

Com isto voce pode pesquisar mais na rede.

Infelizmente.

Só para confirmar, entre em terminal e digite sem a placa de tv

Na linha de comando lsusb , tanto no ubuntu , quanto no debian não muda ( o dispositivo é reconhecido como ID 1f4d:6650 G-Tek Electronics Group )

No debian na linha de comando dmesg ai sim vi a diferençaO dispositivo é reconhecido como Product: Hybrid SBTD-T USB e pesquisa na net achei o 2 sites do fabricantes

( http://www.geniatech.com/pa/u6813.asp) e (http://www.mygica.com/pa/u6813.asp) é o mesmo dispositivo e agora precisamos de alguèm para tentar entender estas linhas e ajudar a gente a compilar os drives ela usa o chip u6813 da trident inc .

Também encontrei isso no ubuntu e no windows 7 foi identificado como Hybrid SBTD-T USB com o drive da Geniatech Inc versão 1.5.716.1.
