(resolvido) Atualização deu problemas

Pessoal,

Seguinte, no último dia primeiro, fiz uma atualização no meu sistema.
Estou usando o Lucid mesmo, e desde que fiz a atualização, as notificações do sistema perderam a transparência, e o terminal ficou estranho, ele continua com transparência, mas sem exibir as janelas, só o plano de fundo, saca? Como se ao invés de usar uma cor transparente, eu estivesse usando uma imagem fixa como fundo do terminal.
Será que alguém sabe que atualização pode ter causado isso? Rolou atualização do kernel, será que foi isso? Segue a lista das atualizações que fiz:

Parece que na verdade a atualização resetou minhas configurações do compiz, foi só desativar e ativar novamente o compiz.
quanto ao notify, precisei mudar o tema, e voltou tudo ao normal.
