Repositórios duplicados [?]

Olá galera do Forum 

Depois de relutar durante um bom tempo, decidi enfrentar o aprendizado e particionei meu disco para ver o Ubuntu de perto . De cara digo que gostei do que ví e tenho visto nestes dias, mas por acaso topei com a mensagem abaixo:

O que entendí é devo eliminar os repositórios duplicados e depois atualizá-los, mas como a chance de eu estar errado é grande (tô usando Ubuntu a 2 semanas ) e ainda não manjo em como usar a "ferramentas", queria contar com a ajuda dos mais experientes.

Sou grato a quem puder dar uma mão e já deixo os votos de Boas Festas pra todos tbm  .

Acho que é isso msm ^^

Não sei se essa info ajuda em algo, mas instalei o SO a partir do 8.10 (Intrepid) e depois atualizei para a versão atual pelo gerenciador no próprio sistema (aliás, fiquei sem som depois disso, mas esse é outro assunto ) e instalei o Chrome pra testar, mas como esse aviso apareceu antes do Chrome, acho q n deve ter a ver
