Agora o tap0 nao esta aparecendo no ifconfig

Eu consegui conectar uma vez dando os seguintes comandos
# eciadsl-pppoeci
# ifconfig tap0 up
Mas nao consigo mais, mesmo eu dando ifconfig tap0 up o tap0 nao aparece
