apt não encontra pacote libpci-dev

olá pessoal,

estou tentando instalar o pacote libpci-dev que é dependencia
do xen.
da erro no apt: "E: Impossível achar pacote libpci-dev"

tentei baixar e instalar separadamente mas deu conflito
em outras dependencias ...

dsd já agradeço

Como você não disse qual versão do Ubuntu está usando, vou supor que seja a 8.10.
