Não consigo editar o xorg.com pelo livecd

Bom dia galera,
Não consigo editar o xorg.com pelo livecd,
apareceo seguinte erro:

Pelo que entendi, você quer editar o Xorg do HD pelo LiveCD? Se for isso, você precisa montar a partição e aí sim entrar no arquivo Xorg.
No comando por você utilizado, o editor de texto está a tentar editar o Xorg do CD, o que provavelmente não deve ser editável (nunca editei).

suas partições são montadas em /media, vc precisa dar o caminho correto, que vc pode verificar com o comando:

sudo  fdisk -l

acho que é isso.
