Webcam - 0c45:612f Microdia - Compilar

Faz mais de 6 meses que procuro um driver para a minha webcam e não acho
o google não tem bastante coisa, e as que tem ng conseguiu tbm...

queria ver se alguem tem uma ideia de qual drive é mais similar a minha webcam para eu tentar
instalar ela.....

eu ganhei de presente da minha namo, que ela queria conversar cmgo via msn e me ver e até hoje nada, AUhaUHAUA, só se eu ir para windows, mas nem eras.....windows só no meu trampo

baixei esse drive aqui spca5xx
só que tinha que fazer umas alterações para ele detectar minha webcam....
editei o arquivo spca5xx.c

Linha 789 add: {USB_DEVICE(0x0c45, 0x612f)}, /* Microdia.*/
Linha 5124 add: case 0x612f:

Só que os problemas começam aqui agora....
sudo su
make

e deu erro, o que pode ser? todos falaram que é só make e depois make install
