não consigo atualizar os repositórios no Ubuntu 14.04

olá comunidade, bem esse problema tem persistido muito e apesar de ja ter procurado varias soluções nenhuma parece resolver meu problema, instalei o ubuntu 14.04 atraves de um live cd e uso internet wi-fi por um adaptador usb wireless no meu desktop, quando tento a fazer um

Vá na configuração e mande usar os repositórios centrais, em vez dos brasileiros (vagalumes).

vc continua usando repositórios brasileiros... mas por aí dá pra ver também que vc tem um outro problema, pois nenhum repositório está baixando.

O que fez? Você tem entradas pro 13.04, que não é mais suportado (e por isso parte desses erros deveriam aparecer).

acho que devo ter bagunçado a lista de pacotes, como eu posso arrumar isso? hj quando eu liguei o pc apareceu um icone diferente relatando erro e disse que era um erro grave,
eu instalei o linux pelo livecd achei seguro pois ao que me parece essa era pra ser a versão mais estável (14.04), mas venho tendo esse problema desde o inicio.

então acho que obtive avanços, através do site http://repogen.simplylinux.ch/generate.php fiz uma nova sources.list e fui autenticando as chaves de publicas, atraves do código

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys  NÚMERO_DA_CHAVE e percebi que devo  ter algum problema de conexão mesmo mas só as vezes pq hora eu conseguia autenticar algumas e hora não mas no final autentiquei, isso é meio estranho, no entanto um erro ainda persisite quando eu faço o Update

É um comando só e veja se sumiram os erros.
