não consigo atualizar para o 13.10

ele passa da parte de preparando para atualizar, avisa que não vai instalar driver de terceiros, ai depois aparece esse erro:
Não foi possível calcular a atualização

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

* Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
* Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

Se nada disso se aplicar, relate esse erro usando o comando 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader

OBS: tanto no note como no meu pc estão com dual boot com o windows 8.1
