Problema na instalação de cliente vpn!!

Boas! Ao tentar instalar um cliente vpn, deparo-me com o seguinte erro:

Coloquei o texto todo da instalação para ver se alguem consegue detecar o problema, já que eu não consigo sair daki!! Já procurei por todo lado, mas não vejo como resolver isto... acho que vou-me virar para o windows mais uns tempos, porque sem vpn não tenho outra hipotese de ter net.... Cumps.
