volume com Fn

Pessoal, uso o lubuntu 11.10 no meu note vaio.
Até ontem, tudo muito bem. Depois que instalei umas coisas para tentar usar o bluetooth, sem sucesso, removi alguns pacotes.

Devo ter tirado alguma coisa, pois agora a tecla fn+f2 funciona para dar mute no som. Mas depois ela não desfaz o processo, ou seja, para desligar, muito bem, mas depois não liga. Preciso clicar no ícone do volume e tirar o mute com o mouse.

Alguma ideia?

obrigado. vou testar. o estranho é que antes funcionava, mas parou de repente.

Na dica acima, precisa criar um arquivo e pedir pra carregar na inicialização.

Andei lendo sobre o tal xmodmap. Minha pergunta é: a saída do xev foi

Ou seja, apareceu false. Onde eu edito para trocar esse false por true. Eu acho que é isso que falta. Não queria ter que criar um arquivo.

Não existe uma espécie de arquivo padrão, com todas as configurações das teclas?
