Bom dia a todos,

Recente adquiri um note (<http://www.magazineluiza.com.br/produto/index_produto.asp?produto=2082137&modelo=00&linha=in&setor=note>):

Processador: Segunda Geração Intel® Core™ i7 / 2620M / 2,7 GHz / 4MB L3
Memória: 6GB / DDR3
HD: 750GB / 5400 RPM
Placa de vídeo: processamento de vídeo integrado Intel® HD Graphics 3000
Chipset: Intel® HM65

Pensei, agora resolvo aquele maldito problema que tinha com antigo CCE J94 que veio com um chipset(?) de video SIS 671/771, que não tem driver para 3D até hoje.

Ai é que começa o sofrimento, o tal de processamento integrado Intel® HD Graphics 3000, não funciona nem a pau. O "Preferências de Aparência" > "Efeitos Visuais" não deixa mudar para normal ou extra, quando isso é tentado aparece uma janela "Procurando drivers disponíveis" logo em seguida "Efeitos visuais não puderam ser habilidados" (com erro de português!) e sites que tem animações 3D tambem não funcionam, em especial http://www.biodigitalhuman.com/. No início estava até sendo comedido nas tentativas de resolver tal problema, mas depois de 4 dias sem sucesso, qq comando que vejo já vou pro terminal e saio executando. Primeiro foi o Ubuntu 11.10 AMD64 depois o i386, mas como não funcionava parti para os mais antigos Ubuntu 10.10 i386, que já rodava no note antigo perfeitamente. Já instalei 3 distros diferentes e nada.

Conforme pesquisei eu sinceramente acredito que o problema é driver. Já zapiei por:

que me pareceram ser os mais bem escritos, mas até agora nada. Fora outra dezena de comandos que já executei de outros lugares sem sucesso.

Saudações,

estou com o mesmoproblema do que tu, desde que adquiri o meu portatil. Estou neste momentoa trabalhar com windows (para minha infelicidade.); Tenho um Clevo, com a Intel Hd 3000 Graph e não consigo fazer nada.O PC bloqueia, videos corre com uma risca.

Já experimentei várias coisas, desde correr alguns comandos que vi na net, desinstalei drives que ja vem no ubuntu deixando só o Xorg-video-fb, vesa e intel ("o driver responsável por sua placa é o xserver-xorg-video-intel. abra o synaptic e desinstale todos os drivers, EXCETO xserver-xorg-video-intel, xserver-xorg-video-vesa e xserver-xorg-video-fb");

Já recorri ao site intellinuxgraphics.org mas não sei o que fazer com o 'git', instalei isso no pc mas não sei operar com essa aplicação ou repositório (fiquei mesmo sem saber o que é isso do git), nem sei como usa-la.

Não sei, só sei que o pc até para a garantia já foi, porque eu pensei que estava avariado. LOL..

Peço conselhos, por favor..

Eu tenho a intel hd graphics 3100

E também horrivel para linux..esses chipset por si só, são low end..ou seja, não é pra muita coisa..mais com linux piora, por que a intel não dar um suporte adequado para leigos ou que entendem pouco ..

O site dele voltado pra linux é bagunçado..acho que de proposito...
