Tutorial - Reduzir Tempo de Entrada do Ubuntu

Você pode diminuir o tempo de entrada do Ubuntu, ao invés daqueles 10 segundos.

Primeiramente devemos editar o Menu.lst que está na pasta /boot/grub/menu.lst
Para editá-lo, basta abrir o terminal e digitar

sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst
Depois disso, você deve navegar até essa parte do texto, onde tem o tempo de entrada:

Onde tem o número 10, lá na parte destacada em negrito, coloque um valor menor um 8, ou 5.

Pronto, salve o arquivo e seu grub já estará configurado para o tempo que você programou.

Lembrando que você deve estar sempre em root, para poder fazer as alterações.
Basta digitar no terminal, antes de qualquer coisa:

sudo suDigite a senha e pronto. Já está como root.

Isso pra quem tem mais de um SO né?

Porque, pelo que já vi, quando só tem o Ubuntu o menu nem aparece e você tem uns 2 segundos pra apertar ESC e entrar no menu do GRUB.
