Problemas com Desktop em Cubo

Mesmo a opcao habilitada, o desktop nao apresenta o efeito de giro.

1 - você habilitou os efeitos da área de trabalho?
2 - você está segurando control+alt para poder girar o cubo (com o mouse ou setas do teclado)

O que acontece quando você segura control+alt e seta para esquerda? ou direita?

A area do desktop muda porem aparece apenas o papel de parede, some todas as barras. Creio que o problema esta no meu driver de video pois no Live CD rodou perfeito os efeitos. Obrigado pela ajuda.

Olá Henrique.
Como disse sou novato, e estava tentanto te ajudar. Mas acho curioso ter rodado no modo LiveCD e agora não está mais funcionando. Eu testei em 2 notebooks pelo modo Live e também funcionou. Mas como ainda não instalei não sei dizer se pode ocorrer o mesmo problema.
Desculpe por não conseguir ajudar.

Mas tem muitos feras aqui no forum que vão conseguir resolver seu problema, tenho certeza.

Sem problema,

Quando terminei de instalar funcionou perfeitamente, porem em resolucao 1024x768, entao fiz umas atualizacoes que modificaram a resolucao para a que eu queria, porem depois de um tempo percebi que o efeito de cubo havia sumido.

Alguem pode me informar como faco pra instalar o driver de video que vem no live cd?

O meu problema é parecido, só que nunca funcionou, instalei feito o tutorial existente aqui no forum sem nenhum problema, só que, quando eu aperto Crtl+Alt+seta apenas troca as áreas det trabalho sem o cubo, com o mouse não da nada, já abilitei tudo nele, e não roda, o que pode estar acontecendo?

Estou com problema semelhante, instalei o Compiz-Fusion, abilitei o cubo e tal... Mas Quando Vou girar ele naquela hora em que aparece o reflexo por exemplo, só aparece uma área de trabalho, as outras 3 faces não aparecem... E meu driver de vídeo está intalado corretamante e tudo.... O Que pode ser?
